Envision Contracting was established in 2019 to consolidate decades of commercial-construction and final-mile logistics work into one accountable brand. Founder Andy Mikayelyan got his start in the industry in 2003, then built and ran the Premier brand — Premier General Contract Group on the construction side and Premier Logistics & Transportation on the delivery side — into a multi-state operator serving custom home builders and national retailers across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
Today, Envision Contracting brings licensed General B construction together with architects, engineers, surveyors, self-performed plumbing, specialty classifications, warehousing, last-mile delivery, installation, and property management — all under one accountable team. We’ve been serving the same kinds of clients in two ways for two decades. Now we sell that capability as one company.

Founder & CEO
Andy founded Envision Contracting on a simple operating principle: own the field, own the outcome. He started in the industry in 2003 running last-mile delivery and installation crews in Northern California, then scaled into programs for national retailers and custom home builders across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
In 2015 he opened a dedicated training school to develop installers in-house — a model Envision continues today as the backbone of multi-state field quality.
Andy holds a Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Outside work, he’s a proud father of three.
