How Envision Contracting collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us. This typically includes:
· Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number, and project details (size, location, scope, timeline, and any specifics you choose to share).
· Site analytics data, if and when we add analytics tools to ec-gc.com. We do not currently run third-party analytics.
We use the information you share to respond to your inquiries, prepare and provide quotes, schedule consultations and site visits, follow up on active projects, and improve our services. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.
The only third-party processor we currently rely on is Cloudflare, which provides hosting for ec-gc.com (Cloudflare Pages) and email routing for messages sent to [email protected]. We do not currently use third-party analytics or CRM tools; this policy will be updated if that changes.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:
· The right to know what personal information we collect about you.
· The right to request deletion of your personal information.
· The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information — note: we do not sell your data.
· The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of the rights listed above, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you would like us to do. We will verify your request and respond within the timelines required by law.
Our site and services are intended for business inquiries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use only the minimum cookies and storage required for the site to function. If and when we add analytics, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how to opt out.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on the home page or via a notice on this page.
